Professional liability insurance:
Dannecker & Kerth Rechtsanwälte maintains a professional liability insurance for its lawyers by Allianz Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft (Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin). The territorial scope of the insurance cover includes legal advice in Germany and at least meets the legal requirements of section 51 Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).
